We take an integrated approach, working closely with IT, service providers and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition that leverages business input; supporting clients to clearly capture impacts and requirements and ensure the appropriate change strategy is developed, delivered and embedded.

Delivering a major change program at one of Australia’s top universities

Mozaic ran the entire change program for the implementation of a global research management system impacting all faculty and related support staff at a major Australian university, with an initial focus on building stakeholder confidence and trust through the change approach.

Building on this foundation, ongoing stakeholder engagement, communication, training and organisational alignment was successfully delivered in close collaboration with the university.
