The Vice Chancellor of an Australian Go8 university felt that the university was not taking full advantage of digital in teaching, research and the provision of administration services.

Working with the Head of Innovation, we developed a digital strategy aligned to the university’s strategic priorities, enabling better leverage of digital across the institution.
