Michael Dobrijevich

Managing Principal

Michael has worked with numerous organisations helping them derive greater levels of value through outsourcing, sourcing and technology related initiatives in Financial Services, Distribution and Government. This has included numerous large systems integration project as well as the set up of one of Australia’s largest IT services joint venture.

Like all principals in Mozaic he is passionate about helping organisations create value through pragmatic business change. Prior to joining Mozaic Michael was a Principal with James Martin and Co and prior to that spent 15 years with IBM.

Matthew Whiting


Matt Whiting is Partner/Principal at Mozaic, joining in 2004. Matt has has over 15 years’ experience in project management and consulting, across banking, finance, insurance, telecoms, entertainment, manufacturing, construction, and IT. Matt’s global project and program management experience has been gained through work on multi-national programs in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He has a broad range of strategic, financial, technology, project & change management skills with a proven ability to mobilise major programs quickly to deliver business change. He has driven many major project management assignments - from strategy development, initial conception and financial analysis through to project deliver of major program and business benefits. Matt is a Chartered Accountant with a background in Finance, Economics and Law. Based on his university research, Matt helped develop project health-check and evaluation methodology, as a statistically proven method of predicting project success.

Andrew Vaughan


Andrew Vaughan has extensive experience in consulting and talent management, with previous roles including Workforce Manager at [email protected], Practice Leader, Consulting and Technology at talent2, and Practice Manager at Hudson, TMP Worldwide and Morgan & Banks. Andrew plays an Account Manager role, as well as “Minister for Talent”, engaging great talent and matching to client opportunities. From being on the client side of this equation he knows the importance of quality, so performs the role of talent connector, and the talent conduit to our teams on client sites. He also stays in touch with the Mozaic “Alumni and friends” network, as well as creating new connections at every opportunity.

Jennifer Zuber


Jennifer is a transformation consultant, leadership advisor and senior change manager with nearly 20 years experience. Her experience includes whole of business transformation programs, large-scale technology change, organisational restructures, Change Management Office establishment and development programs. She has consulted in public and private sectors across Australia, New Zealand and the UAE with extended experience in financial services, federal banks, utilities, municipal government, higher education, media and retail. Jennifer has played a key role in the development of the OCM profession, including building change methodologies and development programs for several organisations. Jennifer has been involved with the Change Management Institute (CMI) since its inception where she held Chapter Leader and Board member roles. Jennifer is passionate about change and brings a wealth of experience, a dedication to doing great work and exceeding expectations, and an inherent ability to make sense of complex problems and get things done.

David Norris

Senior Consultant

David Norris has extensive experience in the management of all facets of Information Technology from delivery, through consulting, sales and outsourcing. Prior to joining Mozaic as leader of their Systems Integration Practice, David led IBM’s Application Management Services business and was part of the team that created, grew and refined its substantial services business. He has led core systems integration projects and managed offshoring initiatives with major Financial Services organisations. He has also worked with Suncorp in recent years to establish a distributed Agile capability in China which recently won the IBM Chairman’s award for delivery excellence in IBM.

Judy Carter

Minister of Fun

Judy Carter brings a wealth of project and program management to her role as events manager for Mozaic. She also assists with administration and operations and maintains regular communication with clients and consultants alike.

Thomas Sanderson

Finance Manager

Thomas Sanderson has been supporting Mozaic Operations as Finance Manager since 2009. A specialist in the management consulting industry, he has held similar roles at niche consultancies and transnational leaders in the field. Despite being based in Finland for the past few years, Thomas is at the heart of Mozaic’s operations, keeping financial and contractual aspects of the business running smoothly for Mozaic management and our team of consultants.
